The two slave owners Pedro Montes and Jose Ruiz hands are not clean because they committed a crime. The Doctrin of clean hands said you can’t be served justice when you committed a crime that started the situation.Jose and Pedro hands are not clean because they imported african slave ilegally from africa to cuba.Pedro and Montes will not get the slaves back and will not be served justice because their hands are dirty.

I think meaning of the Doctrine of clean hands mean that if you go to court with out having done anything wrong.the other person will lose. the meaning of not clean hands mean that if you go to court and you stole something and you lie they will put you in jail cause you committed a crime. like when montez and ruiz stole slaves and they had to go to court and they wanted there slaves back but there hands were not clean. and they lied and said they were from cuba but they are from africa. because they hands are not clean they will not get there slaves back.

This is what the Doctrine of clean hand s means . the only way the court can help you is if your hand are always clean and you never committed a crime like mountez and ruiz captured people from africa and lied and said the were from cuba and there hands where not clean so they already couldn’t get custody of there slaves

Doctrine of clean hands is if you come to court with (“not clean hands”) because you committed a crime the court can’t help you get back the things that you stold.Like Pedro Montes and Jose Ruiz got caught by the people that owned Alantic Oeanon. In the Amistad Montes and Ruiz was bringing the Amistad ship over the Alantic Oeanon with slaves on board. The brish people that owned the Alanic Oeanon and got caut. In the court Montes and Ruiz hands was (“not clean hands”).

If you steal something and that item you stealing and you go to count your not going to help you.
Montes & Ruiz had committed a crime and they went to count with no
clean hands. So the judge didn’t help them. The Doctrine of clean hands meant you can’t get help of you steal something. Montes & Ruiz came to
count and they ask for there slaves and they came to count with no cleans hands. They hand stolen the slaves from Africa

The Doctrine of clean hands says you must come to court with clean hands. Which means that you have not committed a crime that includes the problem
you are dealing with. They want to the judge for help but if they dont have clean hand the court will not help you.Montes & Ruiz did not have clean hands.

”Clean hands” and ”not clean” means if you come to court with ”not clean” they will not even bother help you get what is yours. ”Clean hands” means they will help you and the other person will lose. This realsts to the Amistad by Montes and Jose stoled slavs from Africa so they are not ”clean” so the jug will not help them becaues they went agants the law in other words they did not come to court with ”clea hands”. So they will not get their slavs back [if they was from Cuba Montes and Jose wil get their slavs back].

The Doctrine of Clean Hands says you must come to court with clean hands . Which means that you have not committed a crime that includes the problem you are dealing with. Montes & Ruiz took the Tecora filled with slaves over the Alantic ocean illegally. So the judge says you must come to court with clean hands but Montes & Ruiz didn’t come to court with clean hands so the judge will not approve what Montes & Ruiz said.

the doc of clean hands meant if you steal some thing than the court does not wan to helpyu . then you go to the curt. the jude will not defend you because you stold it. And it apply to the story because montes and ruiz take from slaves to africa. This was against the law. so there hands were not clean

there were fithy-four slaves on the ships they were capture by africans .Montes and ruiz said i want my slave back . The court said that could not get them back . If you lie you are doing a crime . they coulden’t get his slaves back because they lie montes and ruiz lie and brought the slaves to cuba and told them a lie that the slaves were not from cuba. and they made the law that they could not take them from africa

The paper of clean hands is most likely says that you can be helped by the court unless guilty case of committing a crime . This is when clean hands come to play because your crime is not innocent so your assistance is no longer extended in the case of the amistad montes and ruiz are not clean.
